A great gift idea this holiday season is to make up some fun candy like fudge or a casserole in a baking dish (either cooked or directions/recipe on gift tag) and give the recipient the dish and the food!
Right now at Hartwick's they are offering a Le Creuset 9" baking dish for $35 and you get a 5" baking dish for free. These are both square bakers. Colors include red, blue and white (maybe more!).
I have started using this brand and am very pleased with performance. These are glazed ceramic.
